Cancellations made at least 7 days before the service date are free of charge and will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made between 7 days and 1 day before the service date will result in the loss of the deposit paid at the time of booking.
Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the service date, or in case of no-show, will be charged the full amount of the service.
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to the address provided in the booking confirmation. The date and time of the communication will be used to determine the applicable cancellation window.
